Planning a Wedding can be extremely stressful and tough and you may have millions of questions for any supplier but here are some of our most frequently asked questions by Couples.

Q. Do you hold the appropriate insurances?
A. Absolutely, we are required by Law and many Venues to carry valid Public liability insurance and we have a maximum coverage of £2,000,000. We also hold the appropriate insurances that cover our own equipment.
Q. Why do you offer 2 Videographers, what's the benefit of having 2 Videographers & paying more?
A. We don't want you to feel like we are fleecing you but there are many benefits to having 2 Videographers. We highly recommend 2 "shooters" as we say in the industry to ensure that everything you have paid for is captured in great detail. For example, if you would like both Groom & Bridal Prep filmed we can't guarantee that one shooter is adequate enough to be able to film both of these events & also prepare for the ceremony, we also recommend 2 shooters for large venues & guest lists. Throughout the day there is a list of things that us videographers need to capture in order to build your film & having 2 of us on site will ensure that everything that you have planned is captured in great detail.

Q. Do you offer discount for out of season or weekday weddings?
A. Occasionally discounts are available but these are dependent on availability & the time of year & are released at the discretion of the management.
Q. What are your deposit requirement and when would the balance be due?
A. We kindly ask for a 30% Non-Refundable deposit of your total bill to be paid in order to secure your date, the balance can be paid whenever you would like to pay it but no later that 14 days before your wedding date.
Q. How long will i wait for my videos to be sent to me?
A. Once we get back to our studio, we will make efforts to start on your wedding videos and as a precaution we say that your videos will be with you within 16 weeks, but in most cases this can be sooner.
Q. What is a Digital Delivery of my Videos and/or Photos?
A. Digital Delivery of your finished products will be in the form of a link & password sent over via email to your email address provided at the time of booking. The following link is an example of the website you will receive your Video and Photos on: Axis Video Productions Showreel on Eazyflicks
Please ensure that if you are using a bespoke wedding email address that you retain access to this for up to 12 months after your wedding date incase AVP need to get in touch with you for what ever reason.
Q. What happens if you are unable to fly the drone at my Venue or the weather is bad on my wedding day?
A. Well hopefully the weather on your wedding day will be perfect and we would always endeavour to put the drone in the air but not at risk of damage to our own or someone else's property.
If for whatever reason your venue is close to; or in a restricted flight zone then we will be unable to fly the drone. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this but we adhere with the strict laws on where a drone may be flown.
Drone video and photo is included in most of our packages as a standard feature and is not a paid for extra, so no refund can be issued if the drone may not be able to fly.
Q. Can we choose the music for our wedding film?
A. Unfortunately not. Due to copyright licensing we do not allow our clients to choose the music for the video(s). You are hiring us to create a creative narrative film that represents your wedding day after all. Our choice in music plays an integral role in your film; it allows us to set a particular mood and pace of your film. If you remember any movie you have watched recently, the soundtrack rarely dictates the narrative, but rather is there to support it. From a logistics perspective, we license all of our music properly, whilst other companies that say you can have whatever songs you wish, they are probably not following the law.
Q. Can we cancel at anytime?
A. All Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to us via email at axisvideoproductions@gmail.com. Unfortunately the 30% deposit will be retained as compensation for cancellation. Any cancellations within 10 weeks of the wedding date must be paid in full.
We strongly recommend buying wedding insurance to cover any loss you could incur for cancelling or postponing your wedding due to unforeseen circumstances.
